Providing Change Management theory and some practical experiences to two classes of Master Students of different study courses. Covering topics like individual and organisational change, change management models, business model generation and agile adoption as well as facilitation techniques.

Transforming an IT-Ops division (~260 colleagues) to work closer together with development and business to create real value for our guests along the entire customer experience

Served as Agile Coach for a newly established team of Process Owner, new to agile practices, developing better ways for the Contact Centre staff to serve the customer. Project Manager for the implementation of a Group-wide, customer-oriented Workflow System in Germany. Coached Business and Product Owner on requirement gathering, story writing process and prioritisation. Developed and delivered Agile Trainings and workshops to teams and management, to advance the company’s development.

Provided programme support to develop a new, Group-wide Workflow System. Assisted the programme management developing the roadmap for all teams to evolve towards predictive velocities. Mediated between Scrum Teams and Programme Management as needed to work within a gated waterfall funding and release model, all while allowing the team to practice true Scrum as much as possible. Communicated and presented weekly updates to stakeholders from six source markets and programme managers.
