Verantwortlich für die Leitung des Projekts aus dem IBM(Indien) Offshore Delivery Center. Verwalten und Unterstützen von internen und externen Audits. Sicherstellung der CMMI V2 Zertifizierungsbereitschaft für das Projekt. Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts und von Eskalationen, Service Level Reporting und Client Management. Vorbereitung und Vorlage eines wöchentlichen Statusberichts, um das höhere Management über den Projektstatus zu informieren.

I had been responsible for leading the offshore implementation and support team for Peoplesoft AMS project at the IBM(India) Offshore Delivery Center - On this role, my prime responsibility included co-ordination with client for gathering business requirement, performance analysis and deployment processes

-Worked with IBM for Implementation project at Client location. -Coordinated with client for gathering business requirement, performance analysis and data conversion to bring data from legacy system to peoplsoft -Coordinated with the technical team in resolving issues. -Active participation in User acceptance Testing (UAT). -Working on PeopleSoft Enterprise Integration Point (EIP) for CRM for higher education

- Lead the team supporting the development and enhancements for campus solution module like Admission & Queries/Reports. - Extending functional and technical expertise to the team on the Admission, Student Records, and Reports/Queries module of Campus Solution. - Constant interaction with the end user for the requirement analysis, designing and implementing enhancements as per the changing business requirements.

-Extensive involvement in many phases of application development life cycle including requirements, logical and physical architecture modeling, design, development, implementation, and support. -Experience creating technical design specification documents.

-Involvement across all the phases of software development life cycle like requirement gathering, blueprinting, design, development, testing, and implementation. -Coordinated with Other support team as well as client for gathering business requirement, performance analysis and deployment process. -Experienced in writing software design document, unit test report for all the deliverable
