As a CPO I was responsible for working with the Direction team: CTO, CMO, and CLO, to establish the product vision and lead all aspects of the product development. I helped to direct the company’s strategic direction and future growth as well as evolve the product vision and lead all aspects of the company’s development, including web/mobile applications. In this role I work with all departments to create well-rounded product, aligned with the vision and drive execution considering business objectives.

As a Product Owner I was the responsable of the Web and native apps (iOS and Android) in order to help and delight the students in the english learning process. This role in ABA English was key part of shaping the future of the organization and the e-learning sector, developing the vision, strategy and roadmap for each of the platforms. One of the things that I love is to make things happen, I work in a proactive way identifying and delivering simple solutions to complex problems with the user as a center.

As a Product Owner I am in charge of the features definition and the release dates of those, guaranteeing the defined deadlines on time. Prioritize the development of the features according with the market value and be responsible for the profitability of the product. Because the PO role has a high UX emphasis I have to solve customer needs and make it profitable at the same time to the company. I am also working in build a multidisciplinary team under an agile methodology in order to achieve company goals.

I was in charge of lead and design digital projects for Budgetplaces.com. I was responsible for requirements gathering and analysis, working closely with the business to align feature priorities with business goals. I was also in charge of the high level development and detailed wireframes for multiples platforms, user flows and prototypes as well as run usability test and other design specifications. I worked actively on the team coordination between UX, Development and other teams in order to meet goals.

I was responsible for supporting operational UX team and fronted development tasks. I was a local UX and Frontend customer service expert. I was on charge of design and implement fronted solutions and ensure the successful implementation of product experience. I also collaborated with other departments to lead and work actively on the UX projects from inception to launch. I’ve been the UX leader of Peak Performance, Helly Hansen, Part Two, Cottonfield, Jackpot among others.

I was responsible for help coordinate and manage project plans for a wide variety of interactive media projects including web development, graphic design and related areas. I also created and execute development activities including requirements gathering, specifications, project plans, budgets and production schedules. In projects worked directly with clients and keep them informed of their projects’ processes and progress.

Taks developed for this postion had to do with the advertising of the project, establishing data collection, developing actions to increase community members, organizing calendar and fundraising activities amongst others.

Establish and improve communication and advertising of corporate products by improving the Corporate Web, developing microsites for corporate products, creating brochures and newsletters content and design, creating POP tools for sale, participating actively in fairs and events.

I was granted a scholarship by Intervida ONG to complete a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication Management. I provided communications strategies that were needed for the redesign of the Web made in 2007. These strategies include analysis and proposal of 2.0 Web tools to be implemented in the new Web site, benchmarketing, content management and media planning task support
