- analysis of legal provisions - drafting pleadings, contracts, and other documents, especially Economic Law, Construction Law, Civil Law, Financial Law, Commercial Law, Administration Law and Labour Law, - telephone contact with public administration, courts and local governments etc. - email contact with foreign entities, - participation in court proceedings - assistance in office administrative and maintenance activities

- obtaining export orders and preparing all documentations needed for shipment - communication with clients (both in English and Spanish) - preparing all documentation for customs to obtain approved exporter certification - A.T.R. movement certificates (finally received) - actively taking part in meetings with international clients - searching for new clients outside Europe - submiting claims with carriers for damaged or missing goods
