I am focusing exclusively on processes optimization and digital transformation journey of chemicals supply chain and business ecosystem.

“Engel & Völkers Technology” is an IT firm which is focusing on the real estate digital transformation programs. My main focus: • Leading end to end Product Life Cycle of “Digital real estate’s lead management and CRM platform”; including problem analysis and requirements engineering, customer experience design, providing product strategy and product roadmap, and agile product delivery.

• Managing problem analysis, requirements engineering, and design of B2B and B2C Products and Services using Design Thinking and Lean Product Management methods. • Product release planning, and delivery of new products on digital touchpoints such as MyIrancell mobile application, Irancell commercial website, as well as Irancell e-commerce portal, based on SCRUM and SAFe agile frameworks, and based on agile delivery concepts such as MVP and MCP.

• Consulting to apply new product management methods such as Design Thinking and Lean Product Management processes. • Consulting to design and implement agile transformational strategies based on SAFe framework, in order to expand agility in the whole business processes, including product development.

• leading a 4-member team of project managers and IT business analysts, as well as directing commercial and technical cross functional teams and stakeholders. • Managing B2B and B2C digital product development projects using agile, waterfall and hybrid project management methods, including Irancell’s centralized Big Data platform, Customer Value Management (CVM) platform, AI-Based Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management platform (RAFM), as well as Enterprise Digital Office Platform.

• Problem analysis, stakeholders’ requirements discovery, and designing digital products and services accordingly. (Such as design and implementation of kids and parental control Applications, as well as Mobile Number Portability platform) • Managing product backlog, and collaborating with IT teams to plan Scrum sprints.
