• PROJECT BUDJET: 26 Million SAR. For each Showroom • JOB DESCRIPTION: Working in retail showrooms construction from the very beginning of the project (Quantity take-off, Estimating the cost and tendering stage) till handing over the showroom to the owner. Responsible for Civil, Architectural, Mechanical and Electrical work and also responsible for furnishing the showroom till gaining the client final acceptance and satisfaction.

O Two Chimneys with height of 152m with SLIPFORM system, including Steel work, Acid Resistant Bricks with Insulation and outside Painting for last 49m with Heavy Lifting Systems (BYGGING INTERCONTINENTAL Heavy Lifting Co.) - Executing Arch. work for various buildings - Executing Roads work including Curb Stone, Interlock and Asphalt
