Roles & Responsibilities: • Experienced in realization phase and cut-over activities • Configuration for Enterprise Structure, Company Code and Chart of Accounts, Account Payable, Accounts Receivable and Asset Management and Controlling Area • Define Fiscal Year Variant, Posting Period Variant & Field Status Variant • Configuration of FI Integration with other modules such as MM and SD • Handling and resolving tickets within the time period and achieving all the deliverables within the customer SLA

Tasks: • Maintaining day to day entry of bonds (mutual bonds and treasury bills) • Creating new bonds on daily basis with ERP software • Updating and editing bonds on banking application and resolving the challenges that were foreseen • Fetching and processing of data from databases and data websites of customers • Troubleshooting and analysis of issues raised by customer • Worked in agile methodology to achieve higher customer satisfaction rates by providing optimal customer service and creative work
