process optimization for the production of wiring harnesses. My role involved creating detailed 3D models, designing test modules, and developing mechanical supports for formboards, ensuring precision and efficiency in manufacturing processes. Designed and developed 3D models for test modules and mechanical supports for wire harnesses, . These designs improved testing accuracy and reduced assembly time by 15%.
