Drove & lead the Research & Development and Analytics team, for operational improvements in Data Wrangling and Exploration, Data Architecture, Master Data Management, Data Storytelling, and Git (version control). Guided the organisations in developing and creating Algorithms, Pattern Recognition, AutoML (Automated Machine Learning), Deep Learning, Text Analysis and Proof of Control (POC), of new products.

Applied statistical and algebraic techniques to interpret key points from gathered data with Machine Learning Algorithms, for decision making. Designed and developed Non Performing Assets Model, NLP Model, Algo Trading, Social Credit Rating, BlockChain Technology product using Python, R, Tableau, AWS Sagemaker, and Spark.

Provided expert technical insights in monitoring & evaluation of various Women & Child Development Program, Government of India (GoI)programs with Statistical Techniques, and Data Modelling. Lead the team of 42 members for data co-ordination and advanced analytics. Analyzed physical & financial progress report for Government of India (GoI), and UNICEF(India) nutrition reports using SAS & SAP.

Supervised functions and portal of Mother Child Tracking System (MCTS), Health Management Information System(HMIS) with Statistical Modelling and SPSS. Analyzed physical & financial progress report for Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India (GoI), WHO(India), and UNICEF(India) health reports & recommended measures for improving programme performance. Trained 30 juniors, for monitoring and evaluation reports.
