Represents large and middle market companies, investment banks and private equity groups in corporate, mergers and acquisitions, finance, joint ventures and capital markets transactions across multiple industries, including branded products, engineering

•Conducted legal research and analysis in the areas of negligence, product liability, arbitration and insurance law. • Assisted in discovery process including drafting deposition questions, interrogatories and requests for production of documents. • Participated to the depositions that were taken by the General Counsel.

Analyze the formation, structure, and operation of laws, and the impact of laws and judicial systems on the economic benefits of society.

Accept the entrustment of the parties to conduct civil litigation for various contract disputes, infringement disputes, ownership disputes, unjust enrichment and management disputes without cause; accept the entrustment of the parties to handle some marriage and family disputes and inheritance disputes on behalf of the parties.
