As a Systems Engineer, my responsibilities include, but not limited to, architecting, designing , implementing Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft EMS, Microsoft System Center, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Skype for Business products on customer environments to help them achieve the best in class infrastructure services.

I was first enrolled as part of the group IT infrastructure team for Hirdaramani Group, which is one of largest conglomerates in Sri Lanka. In my role as a Junior Systems Engineer for the Group IT Infrastructure team, I was responsible for managing and maintaining group's IT infrastructure. After completing 1 year at above position, I was given an internal transfer to the external infrastructure team where I was responsible for providing infrastructure solutions for external customers.

- Managing and monitoring Linux VPSes that runs Apache web servers, Xeams mail servers, MySQL DB servers. - Network administration. - Server patching, updating.

-Monitoring Managed Services infrastructure through SCOM -Providing level 2 support and escalating as necessary
