Managed the credit risk for USD 160 mn portfolio through country-wide policies and procedures on underwriting, securitization, authorization processes, and portfolio management. Led credit risk quantitative research including IFRS 9 based ECL implementation. Implemented 9 models on Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD) and Exposure at Default (EAD). Implemented Model Risk type framework.

Deployed in the consumer, private and business banking stream across products, segments, and operations functions at SCB. Designed and launched Standard Chartered women’s proposition SC Sahar across deposit accounts, credit card, personal loans, and secured financing. Computed the financials and prepared client value proposition (CVP).

Served as the head of the IBA Student Council to represent nearly 4700 students of IBA. Led the student body to restructure and revise the student body politics to more inclusive and progressive structure. Initiated bi-monthly town hall events to ensure adequate platform for accountability, inclusive decisioning and event proposals.

Strategized the Market Research data collection for the launch of a new product in Pakistan by VELO. Organized the primary market research for ~ 800 respondents on product and promotional strategy.

Analysed the Digital Banking space of Pakistan, analysed competitor bank account offering, wallet offerings and proposed offerings that Standard Chartered could utilize. Researched the customer on boarding journey, used Strategic Groups Mapping to establish how more features on application translate into higher market share.

Assisted in the preparation of Strategy Paper for Govt. of Sindh economic recovery budgetary actions post COVID. Worked on Healthcare, Insurance, Livestock Commercialization, Rice Subsidy delivery mechanism and Conditional Cash Transfer as part of social protection and Policy Implementation Matrix to execute the strategy.
