• Designed system architecture of an e-cargo-bike. • Employed ESP32 programming and relay modules to solve power-on issues for 50% of the fleet. • Designed state machine and flow chart diagrams for the system. • Tested and validated 100 adapter cables, and helped facilitate accurate battery-level readings of the entire fleet. • Resolved issues for the entire fleet in the field through vendor correspondence. • Created a fleet monitoring interface using Google Sheets and Map API.

• Acquired basic machining skills, including lathe and CNC operation in metal-forming workshops. • Built a model train as a final project of the metal-forming workshop. • Utilized LOGO! Software by Siemens to create basic logic diagrams and schematics. • Learned soldering skills and created several circuits on perforated-boards. • Hands-on experience with PCB design, and electrical (passive and active) components.
