1) Designed Excel-based templates for PSV sizing covering Steam Relief and Vapour Relief cases, as well as designed templates for the flow rates calculation through PSVs from Horizontal and Vertical vessels by thoroughly studying API 520/521 and achieving 99% accuracy. 2) Reviewed PFD of CO2 removal unit / Flue gas enrichment unit and conducted mass balance of the process. 3) Suggested chemical improvements and process optimizations to mitigate CO2 emissions based on my Final Year Design Project (FYDP).
