• Developed a C++ based code generator to generate test codes to verify DC functionality of Advantest's V93000 SmarTest 8.0 version Automated Test Equipment (ATE). • Developed test codes for DC tests (such as continuity and leakage tests) in SmarTest 8. • Provided support to perform parametric testing of individual DC functions (actions).
