 Manage supplier relationships and negotiate prices for menswear product group, including jersey basics, polos, sweats, casual, and young fashion.  Develop technical specifications for suppliers and oversee production process from the development phase to the final approval  Supplier development, sourcing, allocation, and price confirmation according to the seasonal plan.  Conduct fittings, samples approval, and ensure product attributes and data are accurately managed in the flex-PLM system.

 Evaluation of samples for quality, fit, and production-technical feasibility until production approval is given.  Frequent communication with worldwide sourcing offices for product development to production-related issues.  Technical specifications for suppliers in the development to the production phase.  Timely creation of meaningful data in the centric-PLM system.  Close cooperation with the design and buying team.  Working with the risk assessment team, for smooth production.

 Development of new products according to seasons and sourcing materials over the supply chain.  Developing samples for sign-off meeting resulted in avg. 42%hit rate of order and cost negotiation with vendors.  Working with risk assessment team, ensuring product quality,and conducting video conferences weekly.  Advising fit amendments and quality comments throughout all stages of the range from proto, Fit, PP samples, and shipment.
