As Operation/Process engineer, I have to look after the process and production of refining the crude, handle the trouble shooting, control the product specs and manage shift activities.

Production Engineer at Crude Palm Oil (CPO) Plant & Fatty acid Plant (FAP). Pre-Commissioning & test running of CPO Plant. •Process controlling & its optimization. •Mass balance & preparing shift production report. •Maintaining process specification (through PLC). • Calibration of Oil tanks. • Inventory & manpower management. • Pressure, vacuum and hydro testing of different units. • Identifying improvement in P&ID of CPO plant.

• Water management and pre-feasibility for installation of reverse osmosis plant. • Design & upgrading P&ID of cooling tower and refinery using Auto CAD. • Energy economics: Conversion of fuel from furnace oil to coal, LPG, rice husk, steam management and upgrading of recovery system. • Design layout of process units of edible oil refinery units and storage tanks using CAD. • Risk assessment of process units of edible oil refinery and calculate their HRN (Hazard Rating Number).
