Our automation bots eliminated silos, established a centralized escalation point, and drove significant value for both technical and non-technical teams. Now exploring ChatGPT integration with the company's repository and knowledge base to identify new improvement possibilities.

Mapped and streamlined client acquisition from prospecting to go-live. Led digital transformation of price book, integrating with Salesforce, SharePoint, and PowerBI via PowerAutomate. Developed role-based forms and screens, reducing cycle time from 6 to 1 month with fewer errors. Enabled error-free contract execution by implementing PDF contract generation with validated data from Sales, Legal, and CEO. Proficient in MS 365 and used MS Visio to create process flows.

Implemented AgilePoint, a low-code dev platform & collaborated with HR to go paperless & enhance hiring-to-onboarding process. Cut cycle time from 30 to 14 days by automating defined scenarios & timelines, integrating data sources, and tracking inefficiencies. Streamlined processes, improved efficiency & reduced costs, contributing to org success.

Transformed SDLC from Waterfall to Agile Scrum via Azure DevOps, using metrics for performance measurement and retrospective data for improvements. Resulted in increased product speed, reduced cycle time, better quality, collaboration, and productivity.
