Maintain all Fix Plant & Equipment (Heavy & Mobile Equipment) on coal handling facilities

Review and make sure all method statement is logic and available. Prepare project monitoring progress report. Review and monitoring schedule then coordinate. Evaluating, organizing and prioritizing work. Coordinate with the subcontractor for any engineering encounter during the works. Ensuring all relevant safety objectives and legal requirements are observed. Ensuring all justifications for contractual variations during projects are maintained to support subsequent commercial claims.

Planning man power and equipment loading base on schedule in the area, sequence of work, Making method statement, issued material to the site, Prepare progress report to Project Control, daily & weekly schedule & coordinate with material controller for timely, Give feedback regarding delays/ problems in the field to the area superintendent, Coordinate with the client for any engineering encounter during the works, Control man power and make man power plan.
