• Daily process inspection, identify potential issues and implement solutions proactively. • Preparing SOPs and ensuring that team members are following them. • Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for unqualified products and establish preventive measures. • Mold Design (Die, Tip, and others) • Create reports and documentation for findings and solutions. • Production commissioning for new products and training the workers on it.

• preparing BOM (Bill of Materials). • Technical studies and reviews for current orders to ensure that all client criteria are followed. • Perform techno-commercial studies for new product ideas. • Product design using Solid works. • Creating Technical Data Sheets (TDS) for the company's products. • Revising our clients' compliance sheets to see whether we can manufacture them based on our manufacturing criteria.
