Led group-wide optimization and documentation of accounting processes, ensured ISO audit readiness, and assessed finance-related change requests. Supported subsidiaries with quality reviews and accounting inquiries; contributed to key projects including mergers, demergers and international system rollouts.

Managed general ledger and fixed asset accounting under UGB and IFRS. Coordinated AP/AR closings, prepared monthly and annual financial statements. Acted as key contact for external filings (e.g. Statistik Austria, Intrastat), and year-end audit, including preparation of the local UGB report. Handled IFRS adjustments and served as deputy for the Head of Accounting, AP, and AR.

Handled financial statements and reporting for the parent company and subsidiaries, managed tax filings, and served as key contact for externals. Oversaw accounting and tax processes, led and developed the finance team, supported the CFO and acted as deputy.

Handled financial and payroll accounting, prepared income statements, annual financial statements, and tax reports. Managed ongoing tax filings including VAT, income, and corporate tax returns.
