Designated to oversee creation, deployment and maintenance of business processes to enable efficient functioning of Advanced Engineering Group (AEG) at GM’s Allison Transmission operations. * Developed and implemented the IT vision for Allison’s Advanced Engineering R&D facility. Managed all Information Technology (IT) needs for this facility that supported 85+ employees (including executives, engineers and technicians). * Managed the enhancement of a 24x7 Transmission Calibrations Management System

On assignment at DTE Energy, Unisys, and Ford Motor Company, Michigan, USA Provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies in the areas of systems solutions, business process reengineering, and project management. Managed several implementations of Document Management solutions for DTE Energy, Michigan’s main electric utility. Deployed multiple applications in 6 months, when previous implementations had taken more than twice the time. * Maintained and supported two 7x24 imaging applications

Provided consulting services to Fortune 500 companies in the areas of systems solutions, business process reengineering, and project management. Managed the development of SCOPE2000TM, a comprehensive toolkit for accelerated impact assessment of Year 2000 problems in large organizations for Unisys Corporation. Unisys sold this toolkit to several companies, thus helping their clients develop their Y2K readiness strategy quickly. Consulting business of over $500,000 was generated for Unisys.
