• Designed solutions for IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) and Evolved Packet Data Gateway (ePDG) on Kubernetes, enhancing the deployment times and cloud-nativity of VoLTE and VoWiFi core telecommunication services • Developed an Evolved Packet Data Gateway (ePDG) based on StrongSwan IPsec VPN using C • Implemented DevOps practices across the teams, improving product stability and reducing delivery time by weeks • Developed a Kubernetes Operator using Golang for the IMS resources' life cycle management

• Integrated Voice over LTE (VoLTE) support into the legacy Evolved Packet Core (EPC) network to become the first VoLTE service provider in Pakistan • Designed and deployed a virtualized IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) solution with VoLTE capabilities on Kubernetes • Deployed a VoLTE infrastructure and service monitoring system based on Prometheus and Grafana, later adopted by the Telenor operations team • Provided Tier 3 support for the Telenor VoLTE services
