• Lead and execute fleet projects to resolve the issues of Civil Aero engine external components. • Deliver the projects by mentoring, coaching and co-coordinating activities with engineering suppliers and cross functional teams. • Perform DFMEA, Risk analysis, 5 Why analysis. • Complete the projects by taking those through the Design Technical approval gates with required actions and documents for approval to release the parts for manufacturing.

Responsibilities • Lead and executed the Hydraulic routing projects of Combine Harvesters, SPFH and FEE. • Design and develop best quality Hydraulic routing (Hoses, Steel Tubes) and structural parts for mounting hydraulic components, with minimum cost using Creo. • Work in collaboration with globally situated cross functional teams like Structural, Electrial, Manufacturing, PV & V, Quality. • Conducting virtual HRDQA and participating in physical HRDQA, participating in design reviews, FGR.

Responsibilities • Product design support for FG Wilson Gensets • Structural components design and drafting. • Working on large assemblies using advanced assembly techniques. • Planning, executing the projects and assigning the work to less experienced team members. • Interacting with client and onsite co-coordinator.
