Team Lead for four members, together responsible for development and continuous support of SAP and MES systems for issues in Production, Quality and Supply chain management for Steel Making Plant, Casters, Compact Strip Mill and Plate Mill. Incident / Change / Problem Management as per IT Standards and SLAs.

Responsible for Production Planning & Control of Cold Rolled Flat Steel and Galvanized products. Generate Monthly, Weekly & Daily production plans for various units of Cold Rolling Mill. Prime In-charge for Export Order management in CR and GI products and ensure production and dispatch shipment plans. Monitor day to day production activities with necessary action to ensure production as per targets and delivery compliance to promise dates.
