Developed MTPL Guide Tariff for Kyrgyzstan, Lectured in MTPL Workshop held in Bishkek, taken role in writing a Technical Book and written three chapters in a book on MTPL insurances published by World-bank in 2009. Completed Projects in Albania, Jordan, Kyrgyzstan, Tunisia regarding Central Database Management for MTPL

Served as Deputy General Secretary in charge of Technical Department. Developed and implemented projects aproved by the Management Board of Turkish Insurance Association related to whole insurance industry agenda.

Served as the President of Accident Insurances Committee of Turkish Insurers & Reinsurers Association and Insurance Information Center

Served ERGO Turkey Insurance Company as Deputy General Manager responsible from Motor, Health, Actuarial and Claims Departments. Assigned as Technical Officer of ERGO Group in Turkey.
