Cairo Airport TB3 Construction (450 Mi $ Project value ) Direction of MEP and SAS works (Electrical,HVAC, Plumbing, Conveying , Baggage Handling System ,Fuel Hydrant System, Airfield Lighting ,Security Systems,BMS ,LAN, Airside and Landside ducts &Manholes ), overview site works on daily basis , coordinaton of various trades , initiate and assign tasks to subcontractors and superintendents , monitor progress .Acting as Deputy Project manager with authorization to represent the company.

Managed various projects towards completion & enhancement of the E/M infrastructure of recently built Atatürk Airport International Terminal , GSM indoor coverage , lighting automation , passenger bridges & aircraft docking system -BMS- integration works .Acted as tendering manager for new Airport-construction projects , Cairo and Ankara Airport winning bids.

Managed Infrastructure projects from conception to implementation monitoring cost and adherence to time lines. -Provided strategic and technical guidance to the system integrator and manufacturer company.

OTH (VHF) Radar &Tactical Data Fusion Project of Turkish Navy for tracing vessel positions . Research and analysis of applicable technologies for assigned portions of the project and concluding technical reports and recommendations , provided technical leadership ,coordinate work via military personell & delegate tasks to ta highly distilled team of engineers.

As one of the partners directed operations of the contractor company with a wide range of responsibilities ,public sector tenders such as military facilities ,infrastructure works , industrial buildings project management from bidding through completion &commissioning.
