Perform the daily administrative and accounting function of unit trust and segregated portfolios. This includes pricing, portfolio administration, reporting and segregated portfolio administration. Supporting the Private Clients Administration Team, I provided effective administrative support focused on efficiency of procedures and accuracy of outputs enabling the business to deliver strategy and provide a level of service that exceeds our client expectations. We dealt with the following types of funds: Open ended, Private Equity, Mutual, Listed Securities, Eurobonds, Structured Notes, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Money Market, Funds of Fund, Index and International Funds.

This involves personal insolvency and corporate insolvency. I was usually involved in managing and trading a business, negotiating the sale of a business and assets, communicating with creditors, debtors and various other stakeholders, completing statutory duties and working with the insolvency division of the Registrar of Companies. Assignment ranged in various sectors such as offshore, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, mining, NGOs. I was also involved in several cross border insolvency assignments.
