Manage design projects for Anadolu Isuzu’s armored/unarmored trucks, focusing on body, exterior, and interior components. Lead an 8-person team, assign design tasks, prepare project plans, and support feasibility studies. Develop and implement design and development strategies for interior and exterior parts of new bus and coach models in line with by working with plastic, aluminium, steel, and composite materials. Coordinated design activities of Semi-Trailer Tipper-Superstructure and chassis with cross-functional teams. Created 3D and 2D designs for new product and OER (customer's special requests) projects, using aluminium and steel materials.

Designed product layouts and schemes using customer specifications and recommendations by performing research and testing on product concepts, producing documentation, fixing defunct products, and generating drawings using various design applications. • Designed a new lighting product by leading the process from design stage to serial production. • Designed and prototyped studies of led and UV lighting products providing faster growth of plants and preventing prolonged degradation.
