• Management of Service Department consisting of two managers, senior engineers, technicians and 50 service partners within Turkey (including hiring, training, career planning, team motivation, retention, performance evaluation) • Company’s overall service P&L responsibility: resource planning, utilization billing, input to Sales team, service budget responsibility • Management of all relations between company, service partners, big/named accounts and central team • Reporting to GM and VP HQ

• IT and network project preparation/management • Leading the team during project preparation and implementation • Driving different technical teams for the purpose of infrastructure optimization

• Management of service and support operations from Cisco to named Service Provider and Mobile Operator accounts in territory (Turkey, Greece, Israel) • Customer satisfaction • Customer consultancy

• Assist in management of field teams and overall operation • Technical project preparation and management • Service and support contract preparation/validation/negotiation • Advisory to sales team

• Technical team supervision • Complex technical procedure preparation • Running the overall operation within the station • Supervising (escalation point for difficult problems, mentoring, training)
