- Coordinating and collecting actively the demand of IT related projects from the various entities, functions, E2E- and cross-streams of the Group to establish and maintain the overall Group Demand Project Portfolio. - Developing, designing, implementing, training and communicating new processes, tools and templates to establish Demand Management of IT-related projects group-wide.

- Coordination of all purchasing activities for R&D projects so as to make sure that project can be finalized at estimated time and cost. - Managing processes of project handovers efficiently. - Forming strategies for purchasing of commercial products in coordination with related stakeholders. - Forming strategies for purchasing of the moulds which are owned by Vaillant Group and located either at supplier’s site or at VG premises in coordination with related stakeholders.

- Supervising the indirect purchasing team, which provides purchasing service to Vaillant Group entities all across the country - Purchasing of investment goods and fixed assets - Managing annual service contracts such as fleet management services, domestic&international transportation contracts, web services contracts, etc.

- Purchasing of investment goods and fixed assets - Searching foreign/domestic alternative products&suppliers for spare parts and consumable supplies, to have the most competitive prices with respect to quality needs. - Running purchasing operations for indirect materials.

- Decision making for short term & mid term purchasing strategies. - Involving in decisions for long term purchasing strategies together with managing directors. - Running all purchasing and logistics processes - Preparation and tracking of production plans.

Main responsibility area is to change and/or adapt current components of fuel dispensing pumps to fulfill the requirements of ATEX directive (Equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres) and CE standarts.
