Play an active role in all phases of sales; such as, production ,logistics and collection payments . Developing new products for the current and potential customers by providing the necessary coordination between customer and R& D and providing the technical support to the customer

Dealing with customer complaints & and after evaluating the complaint results technically determined whether the complaint related to the product or not.. - To arrange periodic technical visits to the clients. - To take Corrective & Preventative actions for preventing a recurrence of the problem within the firm by providing the necessary coordination with the departments of Production, R&D, Logistics, Quality and etc

R&D and Production Chief of the Granul Production Department that produces special compounds which are used in cable insulation at HES that is the Turkey's biggest cable company - I managed to the R&D and production of HFFR (Halogen Free Flame Retardant) compounds for the first time in Turkey. To develop alternative and cost reduction formulations by providing the production cost advantage as well as continuing the existing production efficiently.
