Working as a freelance developer with Victrom Integrated Computing Solutions (Kuwait), handling projects for Mabanee Group, a leading real estate, construction, and mall development organization in Kuwait. I am independently developing and managing a complete multi-tenant application using Laravel, AWS, S3, Queue jobs, dynamic role & permission systems, and Socket.io integrations — from development to deployment and ongoing system management.

Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring high-quality code delivery. Assign tasks and provide clear instructions to team members. Conduct daily stand-ups to gather updates, resolve issues, and guide the team towards meeting deadlines. Design and architect scalable, secure systems using Laravel and MySQL. Develop and implement APIs for mobile applications, ensuring robust offline and online functionality. Deploy and manage applications on AWS EC2 instances, optimizing for performance and security.

Responsible for convert raw requirements to end user interactive view. Responsible for developing and maintaining API and Database schema. Also Responsible for developing and maintaining dynamic Web admin panels and websites.

Here I have done most of API's which are required for Mobile app development and Web development. I feel proud myself to work with Maslow Initiative as a back-end developer to enhance my skills.
