Leadership oversees, directs and engages in setting the quality strategies. Develops, promotes and supports the systems that deliver quality. Confirms quality meets customer and internal requirements –product/process audits : Internal: LPA , COP , Etc. External (IATF, ISO, etc.), Customer Specific audits, PPAP approvals. Management and leadership of Yokoten and Lessons Learned.

;Act as the voice of the plant into Project Mangement phasis for Quality related issues in all the APQP steps. • Responsible to cascade customer project specific Quality requirements to the plant. • Ensure alignment between D and PFMEA, control plan, CC/SC list and drawings. • Moderate problem solving activities within project when 8D is required. • Support Yokoten and Lessons Learned. • Prepare initial PPAP by collecting relevant documents and verifies submission.
