while working as a Clinical Data Assistant/Documentary with Vasta BioInformatics company, for around a year I gained experience with Oncology trial specific data documentation, data completion, submission of data into data collection form (eCRF) etc. These also included electronic databases such as Rave, CRDB and Oracle documentation, query resolution of their generated database queries.

I provided clinical studies related assistance for assigned studies to sites and study team. Ensure all study is conducted in accordance with SOPs, GCPs and applicable regulatory requirements on the study site. Updating, completing and maintaining study related on site documents.

I started my position as an Assistant doctor in hospital and gained experience in aspects related to patient care within respective departments. Undertaking patient consultations and physical examination. Documentation and maintenance of patient records.
