I spent six months researching in Seoul National University (SNU) in South Korea. I measured the successfully synthesized Cd free InP/ZnSeS semiconductor quantum dots in the single particle level and found interesting optical properties such as strong blinking suppression.

I participating in building and improved an optical confocal microscope system and measured the single particle spectroscopy of the semiconductor quantum dots at both room temperature and cryogenic temperature (4.5 K).
