Participating consultant for Picis client’s Feasibility Study. Client had multi-hospitals on 6 separate databases utilizing Picis OR Manager and CareSuite products. Study was to look at the feasibility of standardizing all databases, combining into one single database.

Charged with consulting on operating room software implementations (including a strong emphasis of the Picis Products). Produced specifications for the OR module design, implementation, and converting client’s previous systems. Identified and developed specification for report requirements. Managed software upgrades, encompassing testing, troubleshooting, reconfiguring and training.

Headed implementation of OR Manager surgery software at various hospitals throughout the US and Canada. Analyzed existing processes and workflow and configured software to streamline procedures and satisfy requirements for new clients. Provided consulting services and performed audits for existing clients.
