Reports to the Delivery Station Manager with a dotted-line to Regional Operations / Logistics Management. • Oversees daily delivery station activities to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery performance. • Manages delivery associates/drivers, including shift planning, performance monitoring, and basic coaching. • Ensures compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards while escalating issues as needed.
