· Performing experimental tests at FRAUNHOFER EMI for lightning strike direct effects on flax and carbon fibre composites. · Validating the experimental results with numerical simulation performed using ABAQUS CAE.

· Worked as a Structural Engineer with the team Horyzn which is involved in building a defibrillator drone incase of life emergency situations. · Assisted in building Carbon Fiber Composite (CFC) parts to manufacture the drone structure. · Evaluated the integrity of structural materials.

· Completed research work on the flax fibers (Natural fibers) in comparison with the carbon fiber properties and behavior for incorporating in the future aviation industry for building Helicopter cabin door. · Conducted various methods of electrical conductivity testing and designed a test-rig to analyze the various specimens. · Expertise in handling the Keithley source meter 2611A. · Acquired knowledge on preparing composite specimens.

· Learnt various concepts of flight dynamics, construction of aircraft and design procedures of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV). · Designed and fabricated a Hybrid Fixed wing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) with Tri-Rotor configuration for Vertical Take Off and Landing (VTOL) with 2 meters of wingspan.

· Worked in the Maintenance and Repair Overhaul (MRO) department. · Learnt about the various process involved in the Maintenance and Repair of a commercial aircraft. Worked extensively in four departments i.e., Under Carriage Group, Systems Control Group, Cabin Safety and Survival Equipment Group, Structural Repair Group Including Heat Treatment and Welding. · Learnt to assemble/disassemble electrical braking system (BOEING 777), Main Landing Gear (Boeing 787) and Safety and survival equipment.

· Worked on developing an Operation Manual for GS-450 Foam Generator such that the machine produces foam with the required density and also use the additives efficiently. · The foam generated from the machine is used for making light weight concrete.
