Currently working as a Basis Account Lead for Managed Cloud Customers of itelligence from USA and i have been primary contact for more than 5 MC customers as an Account Lead .As an Account Lead , I am responsible for Customer Landscape Systems Support and Maintenance, New S/4 HANA Implementations such as installing HANA DB Systems ,S/4 Systems , Installing Fiori Systems and the required Fiori SSO setups part of the implementation.

Having around 7 years of experience as a SAP Basis & HANA Consultant. Worked in end-to-end implementations, technical upgrades, Unicode Conversions and OS/DB Migration. Great exposure in global client environments with experience in delivering large SAP migration projects on-premise as well as cloud environments. I was a Technical Landscape Owner (TLO) in HEC Model ( HANA Enterprise Cloud) for few of the hosted customer such as Honda Cars India , Sungju (Singapore) and Mideast customers as well.

Provided SAP Application L2 Support to Fujitsu Consulting India Customer that is "MunichRE"located in Munich, Germany and Installed SAP Systems and Upgraded with Support Packages and Patches,Kernel Upgrades,Notes Implementations and Client Copies and System Refreshes and System Monitoring . Worked on Incident Management, Problem Management and Service Request Management according to the ITIL SLA's and timelines

Post Graduated in Master of Computer Applications. Kakatiya University Graduated in Bachelor of Science .Main Stream Computer Science (Mathematics , Physics and Computer Science ) from Osmania University.
