My Role is to manage and ensure that all the SAP Applications are working efficiently 24x7. In addition to continuous SAP Basis Support, below are some of the activities which I performed: • Regular Upgrade of SAP Systems • Performance Optimization of ECC and BW Systems. • Proactive monitoring of systems to identify the potential issues. • Preparation of Monthly SAP KPI Report for the leadership. • Operation and Administration of SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM). • SAP Fiori Implementation.

Advisory Consultant : Sap Basis • SAP Certified Basis Consultant (Oracle DB) with SAP NetWeaver 7.0. • One Implementation project include responsibility of Installation for SAP ABAP/JAVA System for Production Environment. • Two Support projects which primarily include the responsibilities of doing the Performance Tuning of SAP Applications and make sure that they are available 24 X 7 for business and addressing the Issues of End Users and Functional Team related to Basis.
