Responsibilities: 1- Implementing ETL pipelines, DWH Design, Analyze pipeline performance and data accuracy, Troubleshooting the data pipeline, Collect and manipulate data from various data sources. 2- Writing Oracle SQL queries. 3- Communicate with Business analysts and managers to discuss and collect technical requirements. 4- Developing OBIEE Repository. 5- Creative Automated Reports & Dashboards Development. 6- Developing Mobile Application Dashboards in OBIEE Oracle BI Mobile.

Responsibilities: 1- Task automation using bash scripting. 2- Fraud detection and alarm generation using ROCFM and SPARK Subex Products, System Monitoring 24/7, Incident and task resolution, Analysis for failed tasks if any and get the root cause to prevent any further occurrence, Finding solutions and fixing failed tasks, Providing report to check alarm generation trend. 3- Restarting PM (Program manager) and upgrade License.

Responsibilities: 1- Technical support and consult CBS (Convergent Billing System) and CRM (Customer Relationship Manager) Huawei products.

Responsibilities: 1- Performing User Acceptance Test(UAT) and End To End(E2E) tests for CBS/CRM (Huawei product - related to billing) environment from technical and business's point of view. 2- Negotiate with customer for their new requirements and issues during UATs and E2Es. Documenting test result, CRs and issues.

Responsibilities: 1- Server configuration. Collect customer requirements. Negotiate with customer for requirements and issues. Technical and performance testing.
