Develop, plan, and implement the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Set milestones, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress for each milestone. Evaluate and recommend changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Served as the primary enterprise customer contact for the management of all BSS operations including services, contracts, inventory of hardware/software & backups, maintenance of installed systems, availability and maintenance of IT systems at multiple sites, timely repairing, support and maintenance of call center systems, computer hardware /software support etc.

 Work with developers and Product Owner(s) to identify technical requirements and aid in prioritization  Provide input to the Product Owner and Scrum Masters regarding prioritization of tickets that pertain to code quality and adherence to coding standards  Assess, recommend, and implement new software tools as needed or directed  Recognizing inefficiency and driving process improvement to enhance the productivity  Coordinating a variety of projects in a highly operational environment

 Lead team in Project Planning, System Analysis, Requirements Gathering and Preparation of SRS, Presentations to client on the Gathered Requirements, Getting Approvals on SRS from the Client, Data Base Design, Development Tracking, System Deployments, Presentations and Trainings, Client Feedback and Change Management  Give clear directions and instructions to both team members and stakeholders with regards to internal/external factors, to enable them carryout their duties effectively

Started my career as software developer and key responsibilities were to deliver web based application for company's internal and external user. Mainly application were delivered for HR, FInance, Engineering departments and for external customers some of applications were delivered for commercial department.
