• Interface to the customer engineering and project management team to present project status and report on open issues • Collate and track engineering timing to be incorporated into the programme timing plans • Lead the Change Management Process for engineering for the project • Track progression of each release through the change management system

- Creation, optimisation and feasibility control of the wiring harness complexity - Communication with the customer Ford, Tier 1 suppliers - Responsibility for the routing and Catia V5 - Product presentations for customers and the management - Wiring harness releases taking into account customer and Lear Corporation requirements - Launch phase support in the respective plants

- Wire harness routing design for Volkswagen - Develop 2-d harness manufacturing prints and wiring documentation to optimize topology/architecture for best cost/performance - Integrate wire harnesses, connectors, sensors, switches, and electrical components into overall vehicle architecture - Evaluate information provided by the customer as applied to the product/project for completeness and accuracy

- Prepare construction drawings based on design development; - Prepare engineering drawings in modul Ldorado; - Manages design changes according to company standards.
