Member of the merger and acquisition team, and key to transitioning the acquired startup company Ascending Technologies GmbH, to merge with Intel Deutschland GmbH, while retaining and scaling operations, and developing and implementing processes.

Lead the definition and implementation of key operational processes for the Ascending Technologies startup company, providing the scaffolding for company´s growth and expansion by 50%. Processes including: HR recruiting, interviewing and decision making, developing and implementing the new employee orientation processes, creating a centralized personnel database, and company templates, department integration and cross communication. Introduced procurement tools & processes.
