National Foods (NFL) became a subsidiary of San Miguel Corporation (SMC) in 2005. Initially, my role was supporting the Organisational Development Manager & HR Manager for NFL’s 420 corporate employees. In February 2006 I was promoted to manage the HR needs of the 250. • Managed all core HR operational issues including: induction, recruitment and selection (up to 18 roles per week), performance management, talent management, culture/climate surveys, change management, training sessions and exit interviews.
