- Development of layouts for digital and print media, including websites, promotional materials, brochures, flyers, etc. - Editing and retouching images, selecting suitable fonts, colors, and layouts. - Ensuring a sales-promoting positioning and presentation, as well as managing and overseeing all marketing activities. - Supporting and, if necessary, taking over the maintenance and management of our social media channels and websites.

- Implementation of all advertising and communication materials for print, digital and social media. - Conception, design and setting of posters, flyers, brochures. Creation of banners for websites, social media and events. - Creation of photo and video recordings, including image editing and retouching. The maintenance of the photo studio and the administration of the DAM tool are also part of the area of responsibility.

- Support in the further development of existing brands and brand appearances across all channels. - Creation and editing of creative content and development of focused visuals for various brands. - Interpretation of technical briefings and creation of templates for Amazon. - Editing of images for the online magazine. - Creation of product clippings. - Close cooperation with related departments of the marketing team.

- Daily completion of quality reviews and appeals - Deliver feedback to the agents on completion of quality sample and appeal reviews - Execute actions for individuals/team to maintain or improve performance - Conduct root cause analysis of quality errors and provide corrective solutions - Identify quality trends for the market/agents and develop corrective solutions - Report bugs and continually check if bugs have been resolved - Conduct internal and external calibration exercises to ensure alignment.

- Provide customer service for products such as Google Ads, Merchant Center and Analytics. - Support the Team Leader as Workflow. - Support to the team as a Quality POC. - Conduct quality and product trainings. - Review and classify cases closed out of the handling time as a TRT lead.
