Achievements: • Improved Profit and loss report to present pure and transparent financial information in SAP, calculated forecasted Profit and loss report per stores; • Directed month-end closing to ensure correct and timely financial books closeout; • Initiated new forms of financial analysis.

Involved in the preparation of company’s subsidiary financial system to enter the IPO market by providing partnership for top management. Achievements: • Reorganized payments control process, saving 1 KUSD in company fixed expenses monthly; • Streamlined Profit and loss model regarding IFRS, launched budgeting process automation in 1C ERP in close cooperation with financial team; • Prepared instructions regarding financial policy optimization.

Led the project regarding budgeting and forecasting automation in HYPERION in cooperation with the team from Netherlands business unit. Achievements: • Mentored financial team how to make forecast and budget in HYPERION; • Made negotiations with Netherlands IT vendor to discuss project objectives and requirements; • Automated budgeting and forecasting processes in ERP HYPERION that saved 6% of Net Sales next year BGT.
