Joined the company as Senior Group Commercial Controller then promoted to Global Planning & Controlling Manager to lead the Group Controlling team. Cooperating with top management in making fact-based business decisions in an enterprise restructuring context.

Supported the International Airline Catering Business Director in successfully serving two new major customers and in integrating in the organisation the acquired workforce. Effectively rolled out significant improvements to existing processes.

Started as European Contract Manufacturing Finance Manager (based in Italy); soon after took over further responsibility for the entire Supply Chain Controlling area in the European HQ (based in Switzerland). Leading both controlling teams and collaborating with management in optimising regional supply chain costs.

Entered the company as Marketing Controller (2001-2004). Was trusted to takeover Accounts Receivables Manager role (2004-2005) to diversify my experience and gain team management expertise. Developed into international roles, starting with the Finance & Strategic Projects Manager in the global scale SAP implementation project (2005-2006).
