Performed the role of a key consultant in implementing IAS39 - Hedge Accounting at Thai Military Bank (TMB). The role covers testing hedging strategy of various hedging pairs and scenarios. As Internal Audit and Appraisal Team Member, Implement CMMI project which was appraised at Maturity Level 3 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration – Software (Staged Representation) of the Software Engineering Institute, Carnegie Mellon University.

Performed as CEO delegate to manage Siam’s Superior Limited’s subsidiary, Nattachote Holdings Co., Ltd., a 4,500-employee and 2,000-machine garment manufacturing located in Chittagong, Bangladesh. Accomplished operations process improvement by implementing management tools in its main functions.
